An extraordinary studio art pot, hand thrown and Raku-fired by Rob Sollis. Rob's signature 'Optic' shaped vessel achieves its unique surface by careful tracking around the clay as it turns on the wheel to achieve lines, and its finish from burnished metal glazes with effects of rapid cooling when seized from the red hot kiln.
The height of the pot is 19cm, and the diameter across is 17cm at the widest point. Weight is 0.75kg.
